MY BACKGROUND

I’m a Certified Life Coach (CLC) and the founder of Decoded Life. I help neurodivergent teens and adults navigate life with clarity, confidence, and real-world strategy—without masking who they are.

For over a decade, I’ve worked alongside neurodivergent individuals across therapeutic, educational, and coaching spaces. My background includes formal study in clinical psychology, group facilitating, and being a former mental health professional, as well as certification in life coaching. Today, I combine that experience to offer affirming, practical, and fiercely committed coaching to your growth.

I specialize in the moments that shape first impressions and future opportunities—whether a job interview, a first date, a classroom presentation, or navigating neurotypical workspaces. Together, we focus on building social confidence, communication skills, self-advocacy, and executive function systems that work for your wiring.
